PrePaid Driver Terms

The following rules apply to the use of the PrePaid Driver service.

  1. PrePaid Driver is a 24 × 7 service.
  2. When you purchase a PrePaid Driver plan, your driver is just a phone call away.
  3. A PrePaid Driver plan remains active as long as the account has a minimum balance of 3 hours (180 minutes).
  4. A booking can be made only when the account has sufficient balance to cover the trip, subject to the minimum 3-hour booking requirement.
  5. We recommend placing your booking as early as possible, preferably one day before the trip.
  6. Reporting and releasing times must be specified at the time of booking.
  7. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 90 minutes before the reporting time.
  8. The minimum chargeable duration for every request is 3 hours.
  9. If the service exceeds 3 hours, the actual service duration in minutes will be deducted from the account.
  10. A night charge of ₹200 applies when the trip falls between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  11. The applicable night charge must be paid directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
  12. If an applicable night charge is not paid to the driver, 200 minutes will be deducted from the PrePaid account.
  13. At renewal or repurchase, unused minutes, if any, will be carried forward.
  14. If the prepaid balance runs out during a service period, excess usage will be charged at ₹2 per minute unless the account is renewed at the end of the trip.
  15. No more than one driver can be called at a time.
  16. If a trip is cancelled less than one hour before the reporting time, 100 minutes will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  17. If a trip is cancelled after the driver has reported at the location, 180 minutes will be deducted as cancellation charges.
  18. PrePaid Driver plans are not transferable to another person.
  19. Driver availability is not guaranteed because drivers are a limited resource, although every effort is made to provide a suitable driver at the requested time.
  20. If a refund is requested, the refund amount will be calculated at prevailing rates by treating the trips as postpaid trips.
  21. These terms are in addition to the DriverNet Terms and Conditions governing use of the service.
  22. By requesting a driver through the DriverNet website or by telephone, you agree to comply with the applicable DriverNet Terms of Use.
